The MAAGAP Christmas Party is an annual celebration that brings together members, and friends of MAAGAP Kuwait for a festive gathering full of joy, camaraderie, and holiday cheer. This event serves as a way to express gratitude for the collective efforts and support throughout the year, while fostering unity and strong relationships within the MAAGAP community.
OFW FAMILY DAY
The "OFW Family Day: Palarong Pinoy & Pamaskong Handog sa Kuwait" is a festive and heartwarming event organized by the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait, aimed at celebrating the spirit of Filipino families working abroad. This exciting occasion brings together Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) and their families for a day of fun, sports, and community bonding.
The "Palarong Pinoy" portion of the event features traditional Filipino games that have been enjoyed across generations, such as sack races, tumbang preso, and patintero. These games not only showcase Filipino culture but also foster teamwork, friendly competition, and the joy of family participation.
126 Philippine Independence Day
Maagap Kuwait District proudly participated in the celebration of the 126th Philippine Independence Day, organized by the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait. This event, held in collaboration with the vibrant Philippine community in Kuwait, showcased the unity and spirit of Filipinos abroad. As part of our involvement, Maagap Kuwait District distributed free water to all attendees, ensuring that everyone remained refreshed and hydrated throughout the festivities. It was a joyous occasion marked by cultural pride and community solidarity.
Yearly Iftar Drive 2024
Maagap Kuwait District is distributing food to our fellow Muslim brothers and sisters during Ramadan as part of our Iftar drive. This initiative aims to support the community by providing nutritious meals to those observing the holy month, fostering a sense of unity and compassion.
